Applications Systems Analysts/Programmers: Understands business objectives and problems. Performs applications programming activities. Plans, develops, tests and documents computer programs; modifies programs from detailed specifications. Evaluates user requests for new or modified programs to determine feasibility, cost and time required as well as compatibility with current system and computer compatibility. Requires outstanding communications and interpersonal skills. Typically has bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and a minimum of 3 years' experience. However, an equivalent trade-off between education and professional work experience will be considered.

Client Server/Web Skills required include both Java and .Net technologies:

Java Tools and Technologies: J2EE, JSP, EJB, JMS, JDBC, STRUTS framework, XML, IBM WebSphere 4.0 or higher, WSAD, web services and development. Servlets, MVC, and tags. Experience with RDBMS such as SQL, SQL server, DB2, Oracle, etc.

.Net Tools and Technologies: Visual Basic, VB Script, VB.net, C++/Visual C++, C#, ASP.net, ADO.net development a strong plus. Knowledge of triggers, stored procedures, etc. A good working knowledge of the .Net Framework. Minimum of 3 years' experience with SQL server.

Database Solutions

Database Administrators: Responsible for all activities related to the administration of clients' databases, including: standards and design of physical data storage, maintenance, user-access and security administration. Performs backup and recovery, configures database parameters, designs prototypes against logical data models, defines data repository requirements, data dictionaries, and warehousing requirements. Optimizes database access and allocates/re-allocates database resources for optimum configuration, performance and cost. Consults with and advises users of the database, as well as directs programmers and analysts when making changes. Requires outstanding communications and interpersonal skills. Typically has bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and a minimum of 3 years' experience. However, an equivalent trade-off between education and professional work experience will be considered.

Database skills required: DB2, SQL Server, UDB, Oracle, Datacom, Progress.

Project Managers

Project Manager I: Designs, plans, and coordinates work teams. Follows standard project management industry practices such as the PMI's framework. Understands business and technical objectives of a project and works closely with project sponsors. Demonstrated ability to work independently, create and drive a project plan to the delivery of a high-quality product, on time and on budget. Efficiently manages resources to delivery milestones. Effectively manages the change process. Capable of managing a project or subset of a project with up to ten (10) staff. Requires excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Typically has bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and 4 to 8 years' experience. However, an equivalent trade-off between education and professional work experience will be considered.

Mainframe/Legacy Solutions

Help Desk Specialist: Provides primary (Tier 1) support to end-users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems for either PC, server, network access or mainframe applications and hardware. Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussions with users.
