What makes adtec Staffing different from other services?
adtec doesn't just promise top quality service -- we guarantee it! If you are not completely satisfied with work performed by our temporary employees during the first four hours of the assignment, you will not be invoiced. To back our guarantee, we have extensive recruiting, evaluation, hiring and training programs for temporary employees. The entire process is validated to ensure compliance with federal and state employment legislation and the best match to your needs.

How do you recruit your employees?
adtec maintains a comprehensive network of recruiting sources throughout Wisconsin. In addition, we have ongoing media advertising geared toward recruiting for your positions. Referrals from existing employees attract more than 25% of our workforce, which testifies to the loyalty of our employee group. In addition to our recruiting efforts, we consistently implement retention programs that keep our workforce active with adtec.

How do you evaluate your employees' skills?
Applicants complete a skills profile sheet identifying software, office equipment and procedures they have used. We then select computerized Prevaluate® evaluations to quantify those skills. Employees can take advantage of free software training to upgrade existing skills or learn new software.

What are your bill rates?
Bill rates vary according to employee skills and experience required. Rates for specific skills are typically quoted in ranges, to allow for different experience levels of employees. Rates are competitive in all adtec locations. Go to locations for the branch nearest you if you would like rate quotations in your area.

What is your policy if we want to hire one of your temporary employees?
adtec offers a temporary-to-hire program that allows you to evaluate a temporary employee before making a hiring decision. The employee remains on adtec's payroll during this time, and you are billed at an hourly rate. Our program saves recruiting time and expense for your company when you have full-time openings. Please contact the office nearest you for more details.

Do you have an on-site managed staffing program?
For large volume users of temporary staffing, adtec offers on-site managed staffing. A full-time adtec employee will be assigned to your location to recruit, evaluate, train and manage temporary employees according to your requirements. This program saves our customers staffing time and expense, especially when their use of temporary employees is extensive.

What lead time do you require on orders?
We'd like as much time as possible to identify the right employee for your assignment. However, we're prepared to respond to same-day orders. The skill search capabilities of our automated system are extensive and fast. We'll let you know the status of your order within 1 hour. If, for any reason, we're unable to find the skills you need, we'll call a secondary service for you! Our offices are open from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. every week day.

What do you do if you have no one available for my assignment?
If we cannot locate a qualified candidate for your opening, we'll call a secondary supplier for you! And in every situation, we'll let you know within 1 hour the status of your order.

What skill categories do you provide?
adtec provides office clerical, administrative, professional, accounting, graphic artists, skilled trades, and technical.
