Health
adtec pays a bonus of $50 each month to help with your medical expenses. Your eligibility for this bonus is established once you have worked a minimum of 6 months and completed 1,000 hours. You are eligible for this bonus each month in which you work at least 80 hours during the month and maintain a balance of at least 1,000 hours during the preceding 52 weeks.
Paid Vacations
adtec pays for one week of vacation at your average hourly wage after you complete 1,400 hours in the calendar year.
Paid Holidays
adtec pays six holidays a year after you complete at least 400 hours in the calendar year and work the day before and after the holiday. The holidays included are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
"No Fee For Hire"
There is never a fee to you if our client hires you.
Referral Bonus
adtec pays a cash bonus of $100 when you refer a new employee to adtec. This bonus is paid to you once the new employee has successfully completed 160 assignment hours with adtec.
